Aligning Mission with Purpose
The most defining phase of my life was my years of schooling and working at the Institute for Industrial Technology (IIT), Lagos. There, I discovered that transformation was multidimensional and impact was beyond tangible quantities. There I learnt design, technology, management, production, operations, programmes, entrepreneurship, development and people management. Most importantly, it opened the door to the social sector for me and instilled in me the need to live a purpose-driven life.
